 In 2003 Mark Peters set out, with other leaders in West Michigan, USA to try an experiment that might lead to better talent retention for businesses, better personal success and stability for employees, and as a result, a stronger community.

Now in 2022, what started out as, what would be called, a Social Enterprise, is a success and a model being adapted and used across the country.
